I have cc cleaner installed as well as Trend Micro Internet security, but the virus and a lot of other malware and adware have managed to get in my system. I just recently encountered numerous errors from my laptop like "Windows explorer has stopped working", "igfxsvc module has stopped working", etc. I am running on a 32-bit SP1 Windows Vista Home Basic.
